1988: Aton is born. We are among the first companies to have developed on-road selling applications using palmtops and portable printers on motor vehicles and to have installed RFId wireless devices to manage real-time logistics.

1993-1994: We use pen computing as well as writing recognition in order collection, onroad selling & merchandising applications.

1994-1997: Branches in Bologna, Milan and Rome are opened.

2000: We are awarded the ISO 9001 Certificate.

2004: We become a Public Limited Company with 2,500,000 Euro capital stock.

2005: We acquire a division of Infos, firm specialized in the production of portable terminals, and open a new branch in Turin.

2006: We acquire 51% of Altec, Spanish enterprise specialized in hardware, software and services for ICT and open a new branch in Madrid.

2007: We develop the first important logistics projects based on RFId technology.

2008: We acquire Sofni, Portuguese firm specialized in products for automation and mobility, and open new offices in Lisbon and Porto.
