The MyService service allows customers access to a password-protected web area, HYPERLINK “http://myservice.aton.info” http://myservice.aton.info, where customers can visualize real-time – or nearly - details for their activated services.
The standard version is included in the User Support service and contemplates an access password, maintenance report, User Support & Application Support Tickets, Customer’s Satisfaction Questionnaire, connection to ATONLINE (Aton e-commerce), base RMA and – if desired - online estimate acceptance.
The evolved MyService version extends its base functions, guaranteeing multi-access services with multiple password, evolved pre-filled-in RMA (DB insertion, warehouse, customer registration No.), online inventory.
The access passwords can be made hierarchical by enterprise (e.g.. for a Co. Group with several companies) or by warehouse. In such a case, information is filtered to access data on products and services.
Mobile intelligence with push reporting functionality will be a further option.
