The main target of the technological solutions developed for the Public Administration is to improve the relationship with ordinary citizens offering them an increasing number of public utilities services.
The challenge is to increase the services offer and complexity, maintaining however high standards of security and privacy. This aim is made harder by the fact that it is necessary to respect the budget and the legislation currently in force, using flexible and scalable solutions that evolve on the basis of the needs encountered.
Aton meets the need to provide services of public utilities by means of its Aton Mobility Platform (AMP) guaranteeing velocity, flexibility and project evolution without having to intervene on the SW code.
An important customer in this field is already using it to massively send over 750,000 notifications a week, with average times of 600 notifications per minute. The messages can be sent as e-mails or SMS and the amount per minute can increase sensibly thanks to the performance offered by AMP.
