.onWork is born from Aton’s 20-year-old experience and is provided with a complete set of features for this environment: from intervention planning (periodic or on-demand), to support in reaching the intervention site by means of satellite navigator, complete on-site management of the intervention allowing tracking of operations performed, spare parts used and identified by barcode, or introduction of device functioning parameters and possibility of on-site photograph-taking to document the issue.
There are some very useful features like “mobile notes”, that is to say, the possibility of taking notes and making free-hand sketches on the PDA and transmitting them to Head Office.

The collected sketches are then sent to Head Office together with all the information regarding the intervention performed on field.
Among others, please notice the possibility of introducing the customer’s electronic signature on the intervention report and then exporting it all in PDF format.

The intervention scheduling may follow the planned maintenance (e.g.: half-yearly, yearly) or interventions may be notified in real time from Head Office to mobile workers, by means of .onPush.
