Aton ServiceDesk has come up beside the IT Team and the Boutique Staff before and during the opening (relocation) to:
- coordinate all partners involved in IT infrastructure correct functioning, from cashdesk hardware to SW applications, from fiscal printers to multi-function ones, from barcode readers to RFID technology…
- provide the new Staff with training preceding the Boutique opening, and also with total support during the following days, remotely and on-site, to guarantee correct hardware device and SW application utilization on sales.
